Debate : Is it okay to throw a milkshake over a politician ?
Before the European elections in the UK, multiple well-known extremist and nationalist politicians had milkshakes thrown on them when campaigning in public. Extreme-right activists Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (known as Tommy Robinson) and Carl Benjamin (using the nickname Sargon of Akkad), standing for election with the UK Independence Party, and most recently Nigel Farage who stood for the Brexit Party, were victims of these attacks. “Lactose meets intolerance” was the pun frequently used by those amused by the incidents.
